Senate Emergency Health Care Proposal

Senate President Robert Travaglini proposed emergency legistlation yesterday in an effort to preserve $385 million in federal funding. The "placeholder" legislation hopes to meet federal demands while holding on to crucial funds that could help over 300,000 individuals to affordable health insurance.
